NASA’s Terra/Aqua MODIS Science and Instrument teams win 2023 AAS Earth Science and Applications Award
NASA's Terra/Aqua MODIS Science and Instrument teams has been selected as the recipient of the 2023 AAS Earth Science and Applications Award. The award is presented annually for an outstanding achievement in Earth and Environmental sciences. The team is being recognized for development of a pioneering instrument on board NASA's Terra and Aqua satellites, which has revolutionized our understanding of Earth's dynamic processes and global environmental changes.
